SUV or truck is great but not necessary. PHONE SIGNAL - There is none! WIFI - There is limited satellite wifi dependent on the weather. RAIN - A traditional tipi has a large opening at the top. There is no way to seal the tipi completely and it is possible that drop of water will enter. AC - During the hotter months, the portable systems in the tipis and tents have a hard time keeping up with the heat and better function once the day begins to cool off. They will only cool 20 degrees below actual temp. WEAR & TEAR - Canvas may have some dirt, mold stains, rips, and or tears. DARK SKIES - Pack a flashlight or headlamp to maneuver around after dark. PETS - A pet agreement must be signed and a pet fee will be charged separately after booking ($25 per pet). - Pet fee is requested after booking is confirmed. Two pets max with a combined weight of 60 lbs. - We kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture to keep things fresh for everyone. An additional cleaning fee may apply if excessive pet hair is found.
