Originally designed in the 1970s by two UT architecture students, The Bloomhouse was built as a rebellion against traditional design—an organic structure meant to live in harmony with its surroundings. Thoughtfully restored, it now offers modern comfort while preserving its original vision.
Please note: Due to the unique architecture, curves, and open design, The Bloomhouse is not suitable for children under 5.
The nearest international airport is Austin (AUS) 16 miles | 23 km away. We recommend having a car to fully explore the plethora of nearby attractions. However, there is Uber and Lyft in Austin as well, if you prefer.
A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation.
We provide starter essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and trash bags. These items are not replenished during your stay.
Due to the unique architecture, The Bloomhouse is not suitable for children under 5.
Daily housekeeping is not included. Mid-stay cleanings may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

Beautiful stay! I wish I knew having extra day guests would be considered an event meaning I was going to have to pay almost 50% more, however my stay was incredible and I would definitely return. Beautiful, one of a kind airbnb. If you are looking for a unique stay this is it. So wonderful and whimsical, thank you Lodgewell!!!
We had an amazing stay with Lodgewell! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was responsive and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Lodgewell to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for making our trip memorable!
We had an amazing stay at the Bloomhouse and are already looking forward to coming back! Sometimes you see pictures of beautiful homes that fail to live up to the hype, but that is definitely not the case here. The home is incredibly unique and looks even better in person than the pictures would lead you to believe. The house and property are also in great condition, which is something else that is often not the case at other properties. You can tell right away that the owners care deeply about this house and that proper care and maintenance are a top priority. The property management team was very friendly and helpful, and we even got to meet the owner briefly, who was very nice. While this is a higher priced property, it's absolutely worth it for a one-of-a-kind stay that you will never forget. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay!
